Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping time
Because we work with trusted supply partners to keep our prices fair, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. UAE orders often arrive sooner.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. We will email your tracking number once your parcel ships, so you can follow it door to door.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Keep an eye out for free shipping offers during promotions.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available at checkout where offered. If you see it as a payment option for your order, you can pay in cash when your parcel arrives.
Customs and duties

Delays
Occasionally parcels are delayed by customs, weather, or busy seasons. If your tracking has not moved for a while, contact us and we will look into it.
Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel goes to the wrong address because of an error in the details you gave us, we cannot resend it free of charge.
