Dune Glow ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop at duneglow.shop, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details. When you browse our store, we automatically receive your IP address, device type, browser information, and the pages you visit. If you contact us or join our newsletter, we keep the details you share so we can reply.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order updates and tracking details, respond to your questions, improve our store and product range, and send marketing emails that you can opt out of at any time.
Sharing your information
We share your details only with the parties needed to run our store. This includes payment processors who handle your payment securely, shipping and fulfillment partners who pack and deliver your order, and analytics tools that help us understand store traffic. We never sell your personal information.
As a dropshipping store, your order may be fulfilled directly by one of our trusted supply partners. In that case we share only your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details with that partner so your products can reach you.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart saved, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store may not work as expected.
Marketing
If you join our email list, we will send you product news and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us to opt out.
Data retention
We keep your order information for as long as needed to complete your purchase, handle returns, and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email contact@duneglow.shop and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure checkout and limited staff access. No method of online transmission is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
Children
Our store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
